Stéphane Cousin is a Senior Expert for GSK and a freelance Cross-Contamination expert. He leads the GSK R&D and Commercial network on two critical topics: cross-contamination and cleaning. Reducing operational and compliance risks across sites is one of his key achievements, driven by a learning organization approach. One of the most exciting aspects of his work is leading change in the field and turning validation processes into a competitive advantage.
He started his career as a Quality Manager and has successfully tackled a wide range of challenges, including operational firefighting, technical transfers, serving as a sterile expert, leveraging quality standards, and driving change management, both at local and global levels.
Today, he is deeply committed to nanoparticles, mRNA vaccines, ADCs, development, and emerging technologies. He works closely with regulatory bodies including China, the US FDA, WHO, and EU authorities.
