In 2007, Theresa Ladwig joined SKAN AG as a project engineer in the cycle development department and carried out cycle developments and microbiological qualifications worldwide. From 2013 to 2018, she was head of process validation microbiology. From 2019 to 2023, she supported the European sales team at SKAN headquarters and advises customers on microbiological issues. Since 2023, she has been working as a strategic product manager for SKANalytix Services, among others.
